Work performance and results

J58K CNC electric screw press project one of the main authors, presided over and responsible for the research and development of the project control and detection technology, completed the commercialization and marketing of J58K series CNC electric screw press products, September 2012, "Research and Development and application of J58K series CNC electric screw press" has passed the scientific and technological achievements appraisal of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Department, and confirmed that the achievements have reached the international advanced level of similar technologies. At the same time, he is responsible for the research and development of the fully automated forging production line with the electric screw press as the core equipment. He has successfully realized the fully automated forging production line of bevel gear, planetary gear, tooth billet, synchronizer tooth ring, wheel hub, half wheel body, steering knuckle, steel ball, pipe fittings, titanium alloy blades and artificial joints, and has been applied and promoted in customer enterprises.

4 provincial science and technology awards: In December 2008, participated in the research project "Automotive parts forging technology and key equipment development and application" won the first prize of Hubei Province Science and Technology Progress; In December 2013, the project "Research and development and application of J58K series CNC electric screw Press" won the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Hubei Province; In December 2020, the project "Independent research and development and industrialization of key technologies of automatic hot die forging production line" won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress of Hubei Province; In December 2020, he participated in the research project "Hot die forging online automatic three-dimensional measurement technology and equipment" and won the first prize of science and Technology Progress of China Machinery Industry Federation.

Presided over more than 10 major technological innovation research projects of the company, including "Research and development of large tonnage CNC electric screw press", "Design and development of servo direct drive CNC electric screw press" and other projects. He has published 22 academic papers in core journals, participated in the compilation of 1 monograph of "Aluminum Alloy Precision Forging Forming Technology and Equipment", applied for 63 patents, of which 33 patents have been authorized, and obtained 5 computer software Copyrights.

In 2021, under the leadership of General Manager Feng, even in the face of fluctuating epidemic, rising energy costs, raw material costs and personnel costs, we still exceeded and successfully completed the performance target of this year, and also made major breakthroughs in the research and development of new products. Successfully developed J58ZK-2500 servo direct drive CNC electric screw press, J58K-6300 gear drive CNC electric screw press, created a number of domestic first set of new products. And after layers of selection, it was successfully rated as a national specialized special new key "little giant" enterprise by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
