    Employs a servo motor to drive the main hydraulic pump, minimizing control valve use and ensuring precise control of slider speed, pressure, and stroke. This energy-efficient hydraulic control allows customizable slider motion curves for various processes

  • Hydraulic System

    Simplifies the hydraulic system by omitting proportional servo valves, speed, and pressure control circuits. Servo-controlled pump speed minimizes overflow, reduces heat, and extends oil life

  • Mechanical Structure

    The machine body adopts welded with high quality carbon steel plate and annealed as a whole after welding. One-piece structure of frame, compact and reasonable layout of clamping cylinder and top forging cylinder, small footprint

  • Lubrication System

    Uses programmable non-recirculating oil lubrication with an oil collection box. Allows preset oil quantities and intervals, with automatic operation and fault display
