1. The system prompts that the set mold life has expired, please replace the mold
Cause: The set mold life has expired
Solution: Replace the mold
2. The slider return displacement deviation is more than 10mm
Cause:
1) The fixed part of the stroke encoder is loose
2) The coupling of the stroke encoder is loose or broken
3) The synchronous belt is loose
Solution: Tighten or replace the loose parts
3. The slider can move up and down, but the real-time stroke display value of the slider on the touch screen remains unchanged. Problem with installation of travel encoder
Cause:
Problem with installation of travel encoder
Abnormal 24V DC power supply voltage
Fault in PLC, travel encoder or counting circuit
Solution:
1) Check the installation of travel encoder and take corresponding measures
2) Please contact our after-sales service department
3) Slowly turn the travel encoder and observe whether the indicator light of the I0.0 port of PLC flashes. If it flashes, the PLC fails; if it does not flash, the travel encoder or counting circuit fails
4. System prompt: Slider overtravel, please reduce the set impact stroke appropriately
Cause:
1) Slider overtravel
2) Limit sensor damaged
Solution:
1) Reduce the set impact stroke appropriately
2) Replace the limit sensor
5. The slider cannot move when moving up and down
Cause:
1) Flywheel brake is not lifted
2) Motor bearing is stuck
3) Other mechanical stuck, such as oil seal ring and screw stuck, copper nut and screw stuck
Solution:
1) Manually check the brake action
2) After removing the pinion, manually turn or jog. If the motor shaft still cannot turn, the motor bearing needs to be replaced
3) Other mechanical stuck, remove the corresponding mechanical part and eliminate the cause of the stuck
6. The slider is weak and the sound is loud and mixed
Cause:
1) Insufficient lubrication of the main screw and nut
2) Insufficient lubrication of thin oil
Solution:
1) Clean the oil stains and replace with new grease
2) Clean the oil station and replace with new oil
7. The slider suddenly hits the top
Cause:
1) During the return stroke, the slider fork is disengaged from the travel encoder device, resulting in failure of the travel monitoring, and the slider keeps moving upward
2) The travel encoder coupling breaks during the return stroke
Solution:
1) Add a fixing plate to press the fork to prevent disengagement
2) Replace the coupling
8. The slider slips
Cause: Failure of the brake pad or brake spring
Solution: Replace the brake pad or brake spring
9. The fuselage shakes significantly
Cause: The anchor bolts and wedges are loose
Solution: Open the foundation cover, re-tighten the screws and wedges, and spot weld if necessary
10. 2310 Overcurrent alarm
Cause: The top encoder is not installed properly
Solution: Check the installation of the top encoder
11. 7381 Top encoder feedback fault
Cause: Top encoder failure, improper installation or top encoder shaft breakage
Solution: Check the top encoder and top encoder shaft, and re-adjust and install the top encoder
12. 90.12 The top encoder does not return to zero
Cause: top encoder fault
Solution: Replace the top encoder
13. 7310 Overspeed alarm
Cause: top encoder fault
Solution: Check the installation of the top encoder
14. 3385 Automatic phase identification error
Cause: The screws fixing the top encoder are loose and the angle is deviated
Solution: Tighten the screws and automatically find the phase again
