Recently, Japan's Matsui Manufacturing Co., Ltd. purchased a servo direct drive electric spiral press from Newwish, which will be deployed at its Tottori plant. A delegation from Matsui, including Chairman Matsui 松井大門, Tottori Plant Manager 田中完二, Suzhou Matsui General Manager 増澤聖太, and Manufacturing Director 张利平, visited Newwish for equipment pre-acceptance testing.
This partnership began six years ago when Matsui's Suzhou factory first collaborated with Newwish, procuring an electric spiral press that has operated smoothly and without any faults to date. In June of this year, Matsui's headquarters decided to once again invest in Newwish's servo direct drive electric spiral press to meet the production demands of its Tottori facility.
During the recent visit, the Matsui team engaged in in-depth discussions with Newwish regarding the specifics of mold installation, site layout, and technical adjustments. They also explored Newwish’s innovative products and cutting-edge technologies, including precision forging equipment and digital platforms.Newwish remains committed to a user-centric approach. For this project, the power supply system has been upgraded to a three-phase, three-wire configuration to comply with local Japanese industrial standards. The equipment’s CNC system has been customized using Mitsubishi PLCs and touchscreens, featuring a newly added Japanese interface to align with user workflows. Chairman 田中 expressed high praise for Newwish's localized customization services and voiced confidence in the successful delivery of the project.
As a specialized manufacturer of gas appliance components, Matsui is dedicated to quickly developing proposal-based products that meet leading user demands. Accelerating product development processes and swiftly responding to market needs are at the core of Matsui’s business philosophy. While Japan holds a world-leading position in the industrial machinery sector, particularly known for its renowned hot forging technology, the adaptability and high flexibility of the servo direct drive electric spiral press make it more suitable for diverse production needs compared to hot forging in a rapidly evolving market. This is why Matsui chose Newwish's servo direct drive electric spiral press.
Newwish’s self-developed precision forging equipment has reached or surpassed international advanced standards in multiple technical metrics, fully meeting the international market's demands for high-precision, high-quality, and high-performance forged components. The export of Newwish's servo direct drive electric spiral press to Japan not only reflects the international market's recognition of Newwish's product quality but also serves as a testament to the continuous progress of China’s industrial machinery sector.
