The complete set of forging automation production lines of Xinweiqi has been successively dispatched to the site in India. This project takes a 2,500-ton servo direct drive CNC electric screw press as its core, covering key equipment such as mold and mold base systems, circular saws, and phosphorus removal machines. It also integrates automated units such as handling robots, mold changing arms, and lubrication and cooling devices, and is equipped with the latest digital management platform. With high technology, high standards and high requirements, ensure the optimal performance of the entire line.

To ensure that the system can be efficiently implemented upon its arrival at the site, Xinweiqi conducts debugging and system linkage tests on the entire line of equipment before leaving the factory. By simulating the on-site operating conditions, the rhythm, accuracy and stability of key work steps are strictly verified to eliminate potential problems and guarantee the installation efficiency and production rhythm of the entire line after its arrival.


During the shipping process, Xinweiqi strictly adheres to international standards and customizes fumigated wooden crates for the equipment to ensure shock resistance, moisture resistance and dust resistance, effectively reducing the risks of long-distance transportation. Meanwhile, with meticulous logistics planning and efficient execution, the shipment was successfully completed within two weeks, ensuring the project proceeds efficiently as planned.
