Recently, the Office of the Talent Work Leading Group of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee officially announced the list of the 2025 "Chutian Talent Program · Outstanding Engineers Project". Dr. Feng Yi, General Manager of   Newwish Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully selected.

The "Chutian Talent Program · Outstanding Engineers Project" is oriented toward the construction of Hubei's 51020 advanced manufacturing cluster. It focuses on selecting leading engineering and technical talents who have long been rooted in the frontline of engineering, can solve complex engineering problems, and promote the implementation of key technologies, so as to provide stable and continuous technical support for the construction of a modern industrial system.

In the industrial layout of Hubei's 51020 advanced manufacturing cluster, trillion-yuan industrial clusters such as aerospace, new energy vehicles, and high-end equipment continue to improve quality and upgrade, putting forward higher requirements for high-performance and high-reliability metal parts. Forging is precisely the starting process for the forming of these key parts and an irreplaceable basic link in the high-end manufacturing industrial chain. As key equipment carrying the forging process, hot die forging industrial mother machines are at the core of this industrial chain, and their technical level directly affects the quality and competitiveness of downstream high-end manufacturing.

Over the years, Dr. Feng Yi has always been deeply engaged in the field of hot die forging industrial mother machines. He obtained his bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Immediately after graduation, he joined Newwish and has long been committed to continuous research on improving equipment performance, optimizing process stability, and industrializing production lines. With this long-term focus, Newwish has gradually built an overall die forging solution capability centered on servo direct-drive electric screw presses, covering equipment, processes, automation and digitalization, providing key support for fields such as aerospace and new energy vehicles.
