Fault in the lifting system



1. The lifting cylinder moves up and down normally, but the lifting is weak and the lifting speed is slow


Cause:


1) Overflow valve (pressure regulating valve) fault


2) Wear in the oil pump causes pressure loss


3) Oil leakage inside the lifting cylinder, such as high-pressure oil flowing through the piston to the low-pressure chamber


4) Oil leakage in the pipeline under the pit


Solution:


1) Observe whether the pressure gauge on the lifting hydraulic system has pressure display. The normal pressure is 12MPa. If the pressure is lower than 12MPa, the pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the overflow valve; if there is no pressure display, manually adjust the overflow valve first and observe whether the pressure gauge has pressure display. If there is still no display, please replace the overflow valve

3) Please replace the seal


4) Replace the pipeline seal or contact our after-sales service department






2. The ejector cylinder does not work


Cause: The pressure of the hydraulic system is abnormal or the ejector solenoid valve fails


Solution:


1) First observe whether the pressure display of the hydraulic system is normal. If it is abnormal, you can solve it by the method in Fault 1; if the pressure is normal, it can be determined that the ejector solenoid valve is faulty


2) If the solenoid valve fails, first observe whether the coil of the solenoid valve works normally during ejection (i.e. whether the light is on), check whether the circuit and coil are burned out, if so, please replace a new solenoid valve; if not, then manually push the push rod of the solenoid valve to determine whether the valve core is stuck, if so, you need to disassemble and clean the valve core






3. The hydraulic station for lifting materials is short of oil, and the prompt "No striking" appears in the automatic lifting mode


Cause:


1) Insufficient oil supply


2) Damage to the liquid level alarm sensor


3) Damage to the PLC point (I3.3)


Solution:


1) Add 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to the oil tank level gauge scale of 4/5 or more


2) Replace the liquid level alarm sensor


3) Repair the point or replace the PLC






Failure of the thin oil lubrication station



1. The distributor does not work


Cause:


1) The rotation direction of the motor is incorrect


2) Check the pressure gauge for abnormal pressure


3) The throttle valve at the oil outlet is closed when leaving the factory


Solution:


1) Determine whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct (counterclockwise rotation)


2) First determine whether the oil pump is discharging oil. If it is discharging oil normally and there is no pressure display on the pressure gauge, it may be that the overflow valve is stuck and the overflow valve needs to be disassembled and cleaned


3) Open the throttle valve






2. The guide rail lubrication area is always supplied with oil or is always not supplied with oil, which is out of control


Cause:


1) The solenoid valve coil is burned out


2) The valve core of the solenoid valve is stuck


Solution:


1) Replace the solenoid valve


2) Clean the valve core with gasoline or diesel






3. The lubrication station does not work


Cause: The pressure of the hydraulic system is abnormal or the ejector solenoid valve fails


Solution:


1) First observe whether the pressure display of the hydraulic system is normal. If it is abnormal, you can solve it by the method in Fault 1; if the pressure is normal, it can be determined that the ejector solenoid valve is faulty


2) If the solenoid valve fails, first observe whether the coil of the solenoid valve works normally during ejection (i.e. whether the light is on), and check whether the circuit and coil are burned out. If they are burned out, please replace a new solenoid valve; if they are not burned out, then push the push rod of the solenoid valve by hand to determine whether the valve core is stuck. If it is stuck, the valve core needs to be disassembled and cleaned






4. The bearing thin oil lubrication distributor does not work, and it is forbidden to hit


Cause: The bearing thin oil lubrication distributor does not work


Solution:


1) Check whether the thin oil lubrication station is operating normally


2) Check whether the ejector pin of the bearing thin oil lubrication distributor is inserted normally






5. Oil shortage alarm of thin oil lubrication station


Cause of failure:


1) Oil shortage of thin oil lubrication station


2) Oil return filter is clogged


3) Liquid level alarm sensor is damaged


4) PLC point (I3) 2) is damaged


Solution:


1) Add lubricating oil to the oil tank level gauge scale of 4/5 or more


2) Clean the oil return filter


3) Replace the liquid level alarm sensor


4) Repair the point or replace the PLC






Brake failure



1. Brake does not work


Cause:


1) Brake power is not turned on


2) Insufficient brake oil


3) Brake oil pipe is clogged


4) Brake solenoid valve does not work


Solution:


1) Check whether the brake power switch is turned on


2) Add hydraulic oil to the oil tank level gauge of 4/5 or more


3) Disassemble the oil pipe for cleaning


4) Check the brake solenoid valve circuit and measure whether the coil is damaged. If damaged, replace the battery valve coil






2. Poor braking effect


Cause:


1) Severe wear of brake pad


2) Inaccurate compression of brake disc spring or spring


Solution:


1) Replace brake pad


2) Adjust the compression of disc spring or spring






3. Touch screen prompt: Left/right brake alarm, no hitting, please check whether the brake is working normally


Cause: Left brake alarm


Solution:


1) Check whether the left brake is working normally


2) Whether the proximity switch is on when the brake is lifted






Motor cooling cycle failure



1. Abnormal motor temperature rise alarm


Cause:


1) Pipeline blockage


2) Lack of coolant


3) Cooling circulation system circulation pump failure


4) Cooling circulation system radiator failure


Solution:


1) Check and clean the pipeline


2) Check the liquid level gauge and add coolant if it is missing


3) Check the pressure gauge and whether the circulation pump is working properly


4) Check whether the radiator is working properly; clean the dust on the plates that affect the heat dissipation effect; disassemble the radiator plates and clean the internal scale; check the radiator external circulation pipeline






2. The motor temperature rise is too high and the machine stops, and no alarm is given


Cause:


1) Temperature measuring thermocouple failure


2) Alarm system removal


Solution:


1) Replace the motor with a spare thermocouple


2) Restore the alarm system






Balance cylinder failure



1. Abnormal noise in the balance cylinder


Cause:


1) Lack of oil lubrication between the piston and the cylinder


2) The piston and the piston rod are loose


3) Dry friction between the piston rod and the guide ring


4) Too much dust on the filter screen, a large amount of dust is sucked into the cylinder


Solution:


1) Add lubricating oil


2) Tighten the connecting nut between the piston and the piston rod


3) Add oil and lubricate


4) Clean the filter screen and the balance cylinder






2. The balance weight of the balance cylinder is too small


Cause:


1) Insufficient system working pressure


2) Aging of the balance cylinder seal


Solution:


1) Check whether the pressure gauge of the pipeline system is within the working range; whether the air booster pump is working normally


2) Replace the aged seal
