1. The oil temperature of the hydraulic station is too high

Cause:

1) The cooling circulation water switch is not turned on

2) The cooling circulation water pressure is too low

3) The circulation pump is not turned on

Solution:

1) Make sure that the circulation pump is turned on and the reverse direction is correct (clockwise is positive)

2) Check whether the circulation water switch is turned on

3) Check the pressure gauge of the circulation water pipe to ensure that the water pressure is sufficient for the circulation water to reach the top of the press

2. The oil level of the hydraulic station is too low

Cause:

1) The hydraulic station tank is leaking

2) The pipeline or valve block connected to the tank is leaking

Solution:

1) Find the part of the mailbox that is leaking and re-weld it

2) Find the part of the pipeline or valve that is leaking and replace the sealing ring

3. The precision filter is clogged

Cause of the fault:

1) Hydraulic oil pollution of the hydraulic station

2) The filter element of the precision filter is clogged

Solution:

1) Replace the filter element with a new one

2) Regularly replace the hydraulic oil

4. There is no pressure indication when the pump discharges oil

Cause:

1) The safety valve core is not closed tightly and is stuck by dirt

2) The oil temperature is too low and the pump does not absorb enough oil

3) The oil filter is covered by dirt

Solution:

1) Filter the hydraulic oil; clean the oil tank; inspect the safety valve

2) Preheat the hydraulic oil

3) Clean the dirt

5. The pressure cannot be adjusted to the rated value

Cause: The pump volumetric efficiency decreases and the safety valve wears

Solution: Replace the components

6. No action when powered on, and loud noise when powered on

Cause:

1) The power wiring is poorly contacted and the power supply voltage changes are not within the allowable range

2) The coil is short-circuited or burned

Solution:

1) Connect the power cord, adjust the voltage within the normal range and replace the coil

2) Replace the appropriate product and clean it in time

7. The pump noise is too loud

Cause:

1) Air mixed into the pipeline

2) Poor lubrication of mechanical moving parts

3) Improper pump adjustment

Solution:

1) Reciprocate several times to let the air out of the oil tank

2) Add lubricating oil to the lubricating parts

3) Readjust the pump

8. The pressure drops too fast when maintaining pressure

Cause:

1) The hydraulic control one-way valve is not closed tightly, and the pipeline leaks

2) The oil seal of the oil cylinder is broken

Solution:

1) Repair the hydraulic control one-way valve

2) Repair the oil cylinder if there is no problem above
