Cause: Poor grounding of the fuselage and power cabinet
Solution: Reprocess the grounding wire, and the power must be turned off before welding near the equipment, and the ground wire of the welding must be grounded nearby
9. There is striking energy, the striking action is normal, and there is no return
Cause: Q0.2 return signal line is disconnected
Solution: Just reconnect it
10. Touch screen prompt: Tonnage detection device is abnormal, please check whether it is installed and connected correctly

11. The strike start button is pressed, but the press does not strike
Cause:
1) The "mold zeroing" operation is not completed
2) The "adjustment" mode knob is set to "single mode or automatic mode"
3) There is an alarm message prohibiting striking on the "alarm information" page
4) 4. PLC is broken, there is input but no output or no input
Solution:
1) Move the downward slider to complete the "mold zeroing" operation
2) Adjust the "mode knob" to the corresponding strike mode
3) Enter the "alarm information" interface, check what alarm information causes the failure to strike, and then solve the corresponding alarm according to the instructions

Cause:
1) Pointer detection proximity switch is broken
