In August 2026, Newwish organized its biennial all-staff team-building activity. Over 300 employees and their families traveled to the ancient capital Xi’an for a four-day cultural and leisure trip. Designed to relieve work pressure and strengthen team cohesion, the tour allowed every member to relax, communicate and bond in a pleasant atmosphere.The team started the journey by exploring the iconic landmarks of Xi’an. Staff visited Ci’en Temple and the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda Scenic Area to immerse themselves in the profound culture of the Tang Dynasty, and strolled through the bustling Datang Everbright City in the evening. Everyone took photos and recorded wonderful moments, kicking off the ancient city tour in a pleasant atmosphere.Continuing the cultural exploration, the group delved into the profound history of Chinese civilization. They visited Shaanxi History Museum and the world-famous Terracotta Army, witnessing the magnificence of ancient Chinese culture. The immersive live show Eternal Love further presented the charming thousand-year-long history of China with vivid audio-visual effects.The tour also covered time-honored historic sites including Famen Temple and Qianling Mausoleum, allowing everyone to appreciate the profound historical heritage of Xi’an. In the evening, staff wandered around the Xi’an Muslim Quarter to taste authentic local specialties such as lamb paomo, roujiamo, cold noodles and Zeng cake, experiencing the vibrant and lively urban fireworks of the ancient capital.

For all Newwish team members who are devoted to work on a daily basis, this Xi’an trip served as a rare and valuable opportunity to relax. Walking through the ancient streets and historic sites together, everyone created a host of precious and wonderful memories.
